Job TitleCNC ProgrammerJob DescriptionDevelop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for milling and turning operations. Program and support CNC machining centers utilizing Mastercam. Improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency. Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot machining challenges. Review prints, specifications, and customer requirements to ensure manufacturability. Support tooling selection, setup optimization, and process validation activities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout manufacturing operations. Proficiency with Mastercam. Experience programming CNC lathes and/or milling equipment. Understanding of machining processes and best manufacturing practices. Experience supporting multi-axis machining operations preferred. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Preferred QualificationsLeadership experience is highly valued and may create future advancement opportunities.
