Work Arrangement: Onsite
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000/year
Bonus: 10% target annually
Job SummarySeeking a Lead Environmental Engineer to lead complex projects, drive process improvements, and support operational planning while working with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities* Lead complex projects and processes with minimal supervision.* Develop and implement operational plans.* Identify automation and continuous improvement opportunities through detailed analysis.* Review and redesign SOPs to improve processes and efficiency.* Coach and support junior engineering professionals.* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.* Use communication and negotiation skills to support project and operational goals.* Perform other duties as assigned.
