The Role: Lead with Purpose

As a Lead EVS Aide, you are more than a cleaner you are a frontline leader. You ensure our hospital remains a safe, spotless sanctuary for patients and provide the guidance our team needs to succeed.

Your Impact:

• Drive Excellence: Provide direction to housekeeping staff to ensure Nursing and hospital departments have exactly what they need.
• Master the Environment: Use pro-level techniques and equipment to maintain gold-standard quality scores.
• Be the Go-To: Lead by example with bed moves, floor care, and essential project assignments.
• Support the Mission: Collaborate with your team to maintain the high standards that the St. Charles Campus is known for.

What You Bring

• Experience: Previous healthcare housekeeping experience plus leadership skills to guide a team.
• Education: HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strength & Stamina: Ability to stay active (standing/walking), lift up to 50 lbs, and handle essential cleaning solutions safely.
• Commitment: Available to work every other weekend to support our 24/7 mission of care.
