Hire Priority is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead EPA Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all aspects of facilities maintenance for a 576-unit property in Porter, TX.
Job Details:
Pay: $30-$40/hr. DOE
Location: Porter, TX 77365
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (some on-call weekends)
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage maintenance teams, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
Oversee the repair and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems.
Troubleshoot maintenance issues using schematics, electrical testing tools, and mechanical troubleshooting techniques.
Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and other applicable safety regulations through regular inspections and staff training.
Manage facility upgrade and repair projects, coordinating resources, timelines, and budgets effectively.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, inventory levels, and equipment history.
Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and recommend solutions to improve property reliability and performance.
Maintain facilities maintenance procedures in accordance with industry best practices.
Collaborate with property management and other teams to improve operational workflows and uphold safety standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of onsite multifamily/apartment maintenance experience - REQUIRED
EPA Universal Certification - REQUIRED
Previous Lead Maintenance or Maintenance Supervisor experience strongly preferred
Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
Experience with apartment make-readies, turns, and preventative maintenance
Ability to prioritize and complete resident service requests
Strong leadership, communication, and resident-service skills
Ability to participate in an emergency/on-call rotation as required
