PremierGarage of Southern Maine is growing and looking for an experienced Lead Epoxy & Polyaspartic Floor Installer to join our team.
If you're currently installing epoxy floors and looking for a better opportunity with a growing company that values quality workmanship, professionalism, and its employees, we'd love to talk with you.
This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone with at least two years of experience installing epoxy and polyaspartic floor coating systems who can confidently lead projects and consistently deliver exceptional results.

What You'll Do
- Lead the installation of premium epoxy and polyaspartic garage floor coating systems
- Grind, repair, and properly prepare concrete surfaces
- Mix and apply coating systems according to manufacturer specifications
- Deliver exceptional workmanship on every project
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Help train and mentor newer installers as our team grows
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of epoxy and/or polyaspartic flooring experience
- Experience with concrete grinding, crack repair, moisture testing, and surface preparation
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and lead installations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience towing/backing up a trailer
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift materials and perform physically demanding work
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
