Position Summary The Lead ERP Support Analyst for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Manufacturing will serve as the primary resource for supporting manufacturing and production-related modules within the organization’s ERP ecosystem. This role combines functional expertise in manufacturing processes with technical proficiency in D365 Supply Chain Management and Production Control. The individual will lead troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization efforts, ensuring system stability and alignment with business objectives. Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, this position plays a critical role in driving efficiency across production planning, shop floor control, and resource management.
