Youll have access to advanced services including LED Phototherapy, Neveskin, Hydrafacials, ProPen, NuFACE Microcurrent, Chemical Peels, and Microdermabrasion, while working in a supportive environment focused on results, education, and career growth.

What Youll Do

• Lead and support the Esthetics Team
• Coach estheticians on performance, retail, and client retention
• Drive service and retail sales growth
• Assist with training, onboarding, and team development
• Monitor inventory and treatment supplies
• Deliver exceptional facial and skin care services
• Partner with Spa Management on goals, events, and team success

What Were Looking For

• Licensed Esthetician
• Strong retail and upgrade sales performance
• Experience with advanced skin care treatments
• Natural leader with coaching and training abilities
• Positive attitude and passion for helping others succeed
