This position plays a key role in developing accurate, competitive estimates while serving as an important point of contact for project owners, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.The Lead Estimator is responsible for managing the estimating process from early project review through final bid submission, including quantity takeoffs, scope development, subcontractor solicitation, bid analysis, pricing strategy, and risk identification.
