Description

Lead EstimatorLead preconstruction and estimating efforts from concept through GMP. Prepare conceptual, schematic, design development, and detailed estimates. Perform quantity take-offs and develop project budgets. Solicit, analyze, and level subcontractor and supplier pricing. Develop bid packages and support procurement strategies. Build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Identify and implement value engineering opportunities. Support business development and project pursuit activities. Assist with preliminary scheduling, logistics, and construction planning. Maintain historical cost data and estimating resources. Strong background in civil and structural construction estimating highly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred. Experience preparing conceptual budgets, detailed estimates, and GMP proposals. Knowledge of construction scheduling, quantity take-off, and estimating software. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. OSHA certification preferred.Competitive salary ranging from $143,000 annually. Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance. 401(k) with Company Match.
