Evaluate construction project costs by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other project documents to create accurate and competitive bids. They collaborate with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions while adhering to timelines and budget constraints.

Description

• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate cost estimates for multifamily construction projects.
• Assess labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing to prepare competitive project bids.
• Coordinate with project teams, design professionals, and clients to align estimates with project objectives and schedules.
• Analyze historical project data and current market conditions to improve estimating accuracy and budgeting.
• Present cost estimates and pricing recommendations to project stakeholders and leadership teams.

• Open to travel across Texas occasionally
