- 3+ years of experience leading or mentoring developers in a technical lead capacity.
- Strong experience with:
- Python development
- Oracle Database development
- SQL and PL/SQL
- ETL architecture and data integration frameworks
- Data modeling and schema design
- Application modernization initiatives
- Experience with:
- Ansible automation and configuration management
- CI/CD practices and DevOps methodologies
- Performance tuning and optimization of ETL workloads
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Nice to have - experience with AbInitio
