The role ensures new processes, tools, standards, and ways of working are deployed effectively and adopted consistently to improve service, reduce losses, and support business performance. This leader connects strategy to execution by partnering across Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Quality, Planning, and plant teams to turn priorities into clear actions. The role balances operational problem solving with longer-term capability building to improve manufacturing readiness, execution discipline, and performance sustainability.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead capability-building initiatives across internal and external manufacturing partners, factory teams, and deployment planning to improve execution, compliance, and operational performance
  • Drive deployment and adoption of new tools, processes, governance routines, and operating model changes across manufacturing sites and partner networks
  • Build and standardize factory capability frameworks, playbooks, and review cadences that improve consistency and accountability
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities, manage interdependencies, and remove barriers to successful deployment
  • Identify performance gaps, operational losses, and capability needs, then translate findings into practical improvement plans
  • Support internal and external manufacturers and factory teams in adopting new standards and sustaining required ways of working
  • Establish KPIs, scorecards, and governance routines to monitor readiness, execution, adherence, and business impact
  • Use data and performance insights to surface risks, prioritize interventions, and support decision-making
  • Lead problem solving related to deployment barriers, manufacturing readiness, and execution issues across sites or partners
  • Share best practices and scale repeatable solutions that improve capability and performance across the network

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field
  • Significant experience in manufacturing, supply chain, plant operations, or capability building
  • Experience working with external manufacturing partners, co-manufacturers, or multi-site factory environments
  • Strong project leadership and change management capability
  • Ability to lead cross-functional work and influence stakeholders without direct authority
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and performance management skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex operational issues into clear actions
  • Experience designing governance, routines, and improvement mechanisms that drive sustained results

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in food and beverage, CPG, or another high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Experience deploying digital tools, supply chain systems, or operational processes at scale, preferably in OMP and SAP
  • Experience leading continuous improvement, capability building, or transformation programs
  • Experience using KPIs tied to service, waste, losses, compliance, or operational efficiency
  • Familiarity with factory network performance and external manufacturing execution challenges

Success Measures

  • Deployment programs are delivered with strong readiness, adoption, and follow-through
  • Factory and external manufacturing teams operate with more consistent standards and routines
  • Capability improvements translate into stronger execution, lower losses, and better service outcomes
  • Risks and performance gaps are identified earlier and addressed more effectively
  • Cross-functional stakeholders have clear visibility to priorities, ownership, and progress
