As the Lead Facilities Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained, safe, and conducive to a productive and comfortable environment. You will be responsible for supervising a team of facilities coordinators and technicians, overseeing maintenance tasks, coordinating service requests, and implementing strategic facility management initiatives.

Vendor Management • Engage in collaborative partnerships with external service providers and vendors, skillfully negotiating contracts and service agreements.
• Assure the highest standards of vendor performance and service quality, enforcing strict adherence to established benchmarks.
• Employ astute vendor oversight to achieve superior value and maintain the organization's reputation for excellence. 10%
Budgeting & Resource Management • Skillfully contribute to the formulation and management of the facilities budget, demonstrating fiscal acumen in resource allocation.
• Employ optimal resource utilization to achieve operational efficiency while preserving the quality of facility services.
• Uphold fiscal responsibility, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints without compromising on excellence. 5%
Health & Safety Compliance • Exhibit uncompromising commitment to health and safety regulations, rigorously upholding compliance standards.
• Conscientiously conduct routine safety inspections, promptly addressing corrective actions to safeguard occupants and assets.
• Meticulously maintain comprehensive safety documentation, including emergency response plans and incident reports. 10%
Space Management & Optimization
• Expertly coordinate space allocation, skillfully planning layouts, and orchestrating office relocations to optimize spatial utility.
• Collaborate seamlessly with diverse departments, meticulously assessing their space needs to accommodate growth and efficiency.
• Pioneer sustainability and energy-efficient initiatives, aligning the organization with environmentally responsible practices. 10%
Training • Actively participate in training programs, including the utilization of the Cornerstone platform, to enhance your knowledge and skills in the role of a Lead Facilities Coordinator 5%
Position Requirements/Experience/ Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
• 2-3 years of experience
• Ability to understand client inquiries and provide effective responses
• Experience in using Microsoft Office products and applications
• Understands the importance of delivering added value to clients
• Team player who can keep a positive attitude, motivate peers, and build relationships
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of any client information
• Displays a pleasant and cheerful disposition at all times
