Must-Have Technical and Functional Skills: Experience planning and managing complex resources against constraints. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Project and Visio. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day site team operations, providing sustainment and engineering support. Execute Task Order scope, managing projects to meet contractual and customer requirements. Plan integrated schedules and budgets using Earned Value Management (EVM) and Control Account Management (CAM). Prioritize team efforts within budgetary and resource constraints. Serve as primary interface and Voice of the Customer (VOC) with government leadership. Coordinate activities across internal and external organizations for zero operational disruption. Manage team functions, including hiring, performance, and timecard approvals. Develop presentations and deliver briefings to senior stakeholders. Resolve issues and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Must-Have Certifications and Clearance Active DoD Secret Security Clearance. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with strategic/theater missile defense, sensor systems, or DoD communications. Proven interfacing with government customers and senior leaders. Understanding of Project Management Lifecycle (including stakeholder management) and Systems Engineering lifecycle. Experience in Earned Value Management or Control Account Management. Active Project Management Institute (PMI) certification. Behavioral Skills Inferred: Strong leadership in team oversight and cross-organizational coordination.
