As part of the machine/building maintenance team, the person in this position leads highly complex repairs, modifications and preventative maintenance on buildings, facilities, equipment, fixtures and systems.

What We Are Looking For:Compensation: This is a salaried non-exempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law). The starting salary range for this role and market is between $68,000 - $89,250 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for the BroadBase Incentive (BBI) program with a target payout of 2%.
Location and Schedule: This position is located in Richardson, TX and will be in the office Monday through Friday.
