Position Summary: The Lead Family Coordinator is part of the Seminole Behavioral Health Expansion (SBHE) project funded by Substance Abuse Mental Health Service Administration (SAMHSA). The role of the Lead Family Coordinator position of the Seminole Behavioral Health Expansion (SBHE) project is to increase family and youth voice and choice within the system of care. This will be done by building community partnerships, expanding cultural alliances, recruiting, facilitating supportive activities, and training peer (family/youth) advocates, and assisting organizations to incorporate youth and family voice at multiple levels. This position will also provide consultation with the Wraparound training and Replication Teams. The Lead Family Coordinator will also provide linkage to community support groups for parents and children identified on the neurodiversity spectrum. This position is a 4-year federal grant funded position.
Technical/Functional Expectations:
1. Assist with Monitoring Program Performance/ Adherence to Contract Measures – essential function: This position works alongside the Project Director to monitor performance in accordance with contractual measuresandprovidesstrategicdirectiontoproducedesiredoutcomes.
2. Strength Based Family/Youth Centered Practice Orientation – essential function: This position is expected to work in a Strength Based Family Centered manner to enhance Agency Wraparound philosophy and values.ThispositionwillparticipateinTraumaInformedCareinitiatives.
3. Leadershipindevelopment,implementationandmonitoringoftheSBHEstrategicplan-EssentialFunction: This position will work with the SBHE Project Director to develop measurable goals and help train the care coordinators who will provide direct support to the families served under the SBHEgrant.
4. Support Group -Essential Function: Develop infrastructure and activities to create Positive Parent Support groups representing the cultural and linguistic background of the populations of focus that will support and promotefamilyandyouthinvolvementandthefamily/youthvoiceatallsystemlevels.
5. Other duties as required: Job performance requires fulfilling other incidental or related duties as assigned, assisting and training others, and performing duties of higher rated positions from time to time for developmentalpurposes.

Business Experience:
1. Minimum 2 years’ Experience as a Wraparound Practitioner: This position requires a minimum of 2 years’ experienceasawraparoundpractitionerand/ordevelopingandimplementingwraparoundstrength-based communities ofcare.
2. Minimum 2 years’ Experience in Budget Management: This is essential to provide fiscal management and oversight of the purchased services and flex support budget and to document, summarize, and articulate data.
3. Strong Organizational and Project Management Skills: In this position, strong Project Management skills are required to lead the initiation of the SBHEgrant.
Educational and Experience Requirements:
1. BA/BS - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalentrequired.
2. MA/MS- Master’s Degree or equivalentpreferred.
3. Minimum2yearsWraparoundandstaffsupervisoryexperiencerequired.
