Location: Menifee, CA

Pay Rate: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM | Monday - Friday

Skills That Get You Hired

• 4-6 years of experience in cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceutical, food, or similar regulated manufacturing environments
• Hands-on experience operating filling, capping, labeling, or packaging equipment
• Previous lead, trainer, or team lead experience (preferred)
• Strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and production documentation
• Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to train, coach, and support production team members
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Experience with high-volume production environments (preferred)
• Familiarity with ISO 22716 Cosmetic GMP standards (preferred)
• Technical trade certifications or related training (preferred)
• Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)

On the Job

• Lead and support fill line operators, packers, and production staff during daily operations
• Assign tasks and monitor productivity to meet production goals
• Train new employees on equipment operation, changeovers, safety procedures, and GMP standards
• Serve as the first point of contact for production issues, equipment concerns, and workflow challenges
• Communicate production updates, downtime, and operational needs to leadership
• Prepare materials, staffing, and equipment prior to production runs
• Set up, operate, and adjust filling machines, cappers, labelers, and related equipment
• Perform line changeovers, cleaning, and sanitization of equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs when needed
• Monitor fill weights, packaging quality, seals, and labeling accuracy
• Ensure compliance with GMP standards and company quality requirements
• Complete and review production records, batch documentation, and equipment logs
• Partner with Quality Assurance to resolve deviations and corrective actions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment
• Track line performance and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
• Minimize downtime through proactive planning and troubleshooting
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process changes
