Title: Lead Financial Auditor

Salary: $130,000 - $155,000 base + bonus

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute risk-based audit engagements
• Assess controls and governance across finance-related processes
• Identify risks, findings, and opportunities for improvement
• Partner with stakeholders throughout audit engagements
• Support audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting
• Leverage data and analytics to enhance audit effectiveness

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Internal Audit, External Audit, or Accounting experience
• Strong accounting and auditing foundation
• Banking or financial services experience preferred
• Experience leading audits from planning through reporting
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP required
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong communication skills and collaborative approach
