Qualifications
To qualify at the GS-13 level: You must have at least one year of specialized experience at, or equivalent to, the GS-12 federal grade level. This experience must include duties such as: managing the development of budget execution documents; providing guidance on a full range of financial activities and functions, including the validation of expenditures and procedures for processing budget requests; and recommending solutions to address budget shortages and fiscal problems.
Time-in-Grade: Federal employees must meet time-in-grade requirements for consideration by the closing date of this announcement.
