Lead Financial Reporting Accountant | Hybrid

LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is partnering with a firm looking for a Lead Senior Financial Analyst. This role will focus on financial analysis, GL accounting, and be a liaison between the Manager and Staff/Seniors.

Responsibilities

• KPI & Performance Reporting

• Variance Analysis

• Financial Modeling & Analysis

• Budgeting & Forecasting Support

• Financial Statement Preparation & Analysis

• Consolidations & Intercompany Accounting

• Month-End & Quarter-End Close

• General Ledger Accounting

• Journal Entries & Account Reconciliations

• Management Reporting

• Audit Coordination & Support

• Process Improvement Initiatives

• Financial Systems & Reporting Optimization

• Cross-Functional Business Partnership

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• 5+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience

• Foundation in large public accounting/audit preferred

• Strong background in consolidations, financial reporting, and general ledger accounting

• Experience supporting month-end and year-end close activities

• Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools

• CPA designation preferred but not required

Requirements

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
