Blind Tiger, an exclusive speakeasy-style restaurant inside Reunion Ktchn Bar in Aventura, Florida, is looking for an experienced fine dining server to lead our front-of-house service and deliver a world-class guest experience.
You will be the main server in the room, working with a support server to ensure elegant service, warm hospitality, and knowledgeable guidance on our premium offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead table service during your shift, supported by an assistant server.
- Greet guests with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.
- Serve dishes and beverages with precision and refined technique.
- Recommend wines, sakes, and cocktails based on guest preferences.
- Communicate the quality and sourcing of our ingredients — including imported Japanese fish and meats.
- Maintain a polished and composed presence in a fine dining environment.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a fine dining server.
- Strong knowledge of wine, sake, and cocktails (certifications a plus).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts.
