    Description

    Location: Nashville, TN| Full Time | Pay Range:$21.73 - $26.18/HR (Based on experience and qualifications)

    What You'll Do

    Lead Warehouse Floor Operations

    • Coordinate and prioritize daily floor activities to ensure work is completed efficiently and accurately.
    • Provide direction and support to team members while maintaining clear communication regarding priorities and operational needs.
    • Promote a culture of safety and operational excellence through daily leadership and communication.

    Ensure Inventory Accuracy

    • Oversee inventory control practices that support compliance with established standards and customer expectations.
    • Monitor inbound returns and equipment movement to ensure items are accurately scanned and returned to the proper warehouse locations.
    • Support documentation processes by organizing, tracking, and maintaining records related to orders and shipments.

    Manage Shipping and Receiving Activities

    • Coordinate loading and unloading operations to ensure shipments are complete, accurate, and free from damage.
    • Review manifests, packing lists, bills of lading, purchase orders, and related documentation to support efficient warehouse operations.
    • Track shipment status and communicate updates as needed to maintain visibility across the organization.

    Support Transfer and Logistics Operations

    • Coordinate timely outbound transfers between warehouse locations while communicating shipping deadlines and priorities.
    • Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, manifests, weights, and measurements.
    • Help ensure equipment and materials move through the network efficiently and cost effectively.

    Assist Transportation Operations

    • Support dispatch activities by working from schedules, contracts, and operational documentation.
    • Perform Non-CDL driving activities as needed to support business operations.

    What You Bring

    • AV industry experience preferred.
    • 2-3 years of warehouse experience.
    • Forklift certification preferred.
    • Strong adaptability in a fast-moving operational environment.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
