What You'll Do
Lead Warehouse Floor Operations
- Coordinate and prioritize daily floor activities to ensure work is completed efficiently and accurately.
- Provide direction and support to team members while maintaining clear communication regarding priorities and operational needs.
- Promote a culture of safety and operational excellence through daily leadership and communication.
Ensure Inventory Accuracy
- Oversee inventory control practices that support compliance with established standards and customer expectations.
- Monitor inbound returns and equipment movement to ensure items are accurately scanned and returned to the proper warehouse locations.
- Support documentation processes by organizing, tracking, and maintaining records related to orders and shipments.
Manage Shipping and Receiving Activities
- Coordinate loading and unloading operations to ensure shipments are complete, accurate, and free from damage.
- Review manifests, packing lists, bills of lading, purchase orders, and related documentation to support efficient warehouse operations.
- Track shipment status and communicate updates as needed to maintain visibility across the organization.
Support Transfer and Logistics Operations
- Coordinate timely outbound transfers between warehouse locations while communicating shipping deadlines and priorities.
- Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, manifests, weights, and measurements.
- Help ensure equipment and materials move through the network efficiently and cost effectively.
Assist Transportation Operations
- Support dispatch activities by working from schedules, contracts, and operational documentation.
- Perform Non-CDL driving activities as needed to support business operations.
What You Bring
- AV industry experience preferred.
- 2-3 years of warehouse experience.
- Forklift certification preferred.
- Strong adaptability in a fast-moving operational environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
