About the Role:

The Lead Food Service Worker plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of food service activities within a retail trade environment. This position is responsible for overseeing daily food preparation, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene, and leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service. The Lead Food Service Worker acts as a liaison between management and staff, coordinating schedules and training to optimize productivity and quality. Minimum Qualifications:
