Lead Foreman – Deck Construction

Overview

Black Label Built is hiring a Lead Foreman to oversee residential outdoor construction projects, with a focus on high-quality deck builds. This role is responsible for leading a small crew and managing projects from layout through completion.

Pay: $29–$35 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Lead daily jobsite operations from start to finish
• Oversee deck construction including framing, decking, stairs, and railings
• Manage and support a small crew in the field
• Maintain job quality, schedule, and safety standards
• Communicate with project management and homeowners as needed
• Identify and resolve jobsite issues proactively

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction (decks preferred)
• Ability to lead or supervise small crews
