Job Description Summary: Under general supervision of a licensed provider the Lead Front Desk Receptionist will oversee the day-to-day operations and training of the front receptionist. Delegate workload to Receptionists scheduled in specific locations, manage shift breaks, and ensure all daily front office tasks are completed. Communicate with the Providers, Lead Medical Assistant, Lab Collectors and Medical Assistants for efficiency and flow of the office This job is a full-time, benefited position at Summit Spine & Joint Centers that reports to the Front Desk Operations Manager.
