Job Description
Must Have- 8+ years in Frontend Development, 5+ years in React, and technical leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Next.js, Playwright/Cypress, CI/CD, and Azure.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (GitHub Copilot/ Cursor/ Claude), enterprise-scale application development, AI-powered development experience.
Good to Have- Experience with micro-frontends, design systems, GraphQL, cloud-native architecture.
- Strong mentoring, stakeholder management, Agile delivery experience.
- Building RAG-based solutions, LLM integration
Nice to Have- React Native, Node.js/NestJS, WebSockets/WebRTC.
- Insurance domain experience.
