What You Will Do

• Lead the design and development of user-centric interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that improve user experience.
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure seamless functionality across various devices.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, focusing on performance metrics.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and enhance product usability.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3–10 years of experience in frontend engineering, with a strong focus on UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript, with a proven track record of building scalable web applications.
• Experience in collaborating with product managers and designers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
