**Job Description** We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Functional Consultant to join our team at Oracle. In this role, you will be a recognized authority, providing innovative solution leadership and guiding project teams. Your expertise in Oracle Cloud and accounting processes will be instrumental in ensuring our solutions meet customer objectives. With a focus on General Ledger, Financial Reporting, and Accounting Hub Cloud, you will lead and analyze business needs, offering industry-standard processes and product knowledge. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to our company's success. **Responsibilities** _As a recognized authority and leading contributor within their practice, this consulting position:_ + _Provides consistent and innovative solution leadership to a project team._ + _Owns the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s), ensuring highly performant, coordinated software solutions within time and budget constraints._ + _Leads and analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer's objectives by combining industry standard processes, product knowledge, and discernment_ + _Exercises judgment and business insight in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very sophisticated aspects of applications and technology installations._ + _Self-starter that provides direction and mentoring to project teams and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions._ + _Supports business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions._ + _Resolves sophisticated customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions._ **_Preferred Qualifications_** + _Proven experience relevant to this position including 5 years of functional consulting experience_ + _Prior team leadership or management experience preferred_ + _Business process experience in the following areas:_ + _Oracle Cloud: 4-5 years of experience in General Ledger, Financial Reporting Studio, Smartview, Subledger Accounting, Accounting Hub Cloud._ + _5-10 years/solid overall Record to Report process implementation experience._ + _Ability to lead enterprise structure and chart of accounts design workshops._ + _Ability to manage complex data conversion cycles and explain best practices in migrating historical account balances._ + _Holds a BS in Accounting or a related field OR equivalent experience_ + _CPA is a plus_ + _Product or technical expertise relevant to the practice focus_ + _Ability to communicate effectively_ + _Ability to build rapport with team members and clients_ + _Strong influencing and negotiation skills_ + _Ability to travel up to 30%, when required_ _*This role is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship*_ \#ONA-C\#LI-CG2 Disclaimer: **Certain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements.** **Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only** US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
