What Will I Be Doing?- Leading garage door installation projects from start to finish
- Installing garage doors, openers, tracks, springs, and hardware
- Removing and replacing existing garage door systems
- Troubleshooting and adjusting systems to ensure proper operation
- Training and mentoring newer installers on best practices and safety
- Ensuring all work meets company quality standards
- Managing job site efficiency and professionalism
- Communicating with customers and ensuring satisfaction
- Using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment daily
- Representing the company with professionalism on every job
- This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days look exactly the same.
Am I Qualified?We’re looking for experienced professionals who take pride in their work and can lead by example.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of garage door installation experience
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate installers
- Ability to independently manage installation jobs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and remain physically active throughout the day
- Comfort bending, climbing, kneeling, and working on your feet
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Basic comfort using tablets or mobile apps for job updates
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail
Experience in construction, HVAC, electrical, or other skilled trades is a plus.
