We design, build, and install quality pull-out gliding shelves for existing cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom. We help turn frustration and pain into enjoyment and love!
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated self-starter who will contribute one of key factors to the success of business in the Atlanta, Georgia market.
This role is critical to reaching aggressive demand generation goals. To be successful, you will need to be creative and dedicated to continually testing, measuring, learning and evolving your event programs as you optimize spend and deliver desired results.
Job Description:
- Research and find Events and Shows within our assigned territory
- Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows and events based on clear strategies and objectives
- Negotiate Contracts with the Event Vendors
- Schedule Demonstrators to work Events
- Coordinate booth and display set-up and tear down
- Set appointments for a Free In-Home Consultation at the Events and Shows
- Collect Contest Entries
- Measure and report results
- Manage post event close down
- Manage post-event tracking and ROI analysis to measure performance and inform future event planning
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Strong communications skills
- Positive, outgoing personality
- Minimum 2 years trade show, event planning experience
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Coachable & trainable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
- Must be available to work weekends
- Proven experience defining, conceptualizing and executing a successful event, leveraging strategic thinking, excellent organization skills and superior project management capabilities
- Exceptional budget management and negotiation skills, with proven success in identifying, proposing, negotiating and implementing cost-savings opportunities
Compensation: Hourly Rate (based on the experience) plus performance-based incentives.
