IN-STORE HVAC LEAD GENERATOR

Pay: $20.00 per hour + Uncapped Commissions

Locations: Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Canon City

Smith Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is hiring energetic and outgoing individuals to represent our HVAC department inside Home Depot and other retail partner locations.

Compensation

• $20.00 per hour base pay
• Uncapped commission opportunities

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Educate homeowners about heating and cooling services and promotions
• Generate qualified HVAC leads for in-home consultations
• Gather accurate customer information
• Meet lead generation goals
• Represent Smith Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical in a positive and professional manner

Qualifications

• Previous sales, retail, customer service, or lead generation experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers throughout the day
• Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts
• Reliable transportation
• Experience working inside Home Depot, Lowe's, Costco, or similar retail environments is a plus but not required
