Clemens Home Solutions is hiring motivated, energetic Lead Generators to join our growing team!

If you are confident, driven, and enjoy meeting new people, this is an opportunity to build your communication and sales skills while working as part of a team.

Our Lead Generators engage homeowners in pre-selected neighborhoods, home shows, community events, and other locations within our service area to generate qualified appointments for our Project Consultants.

You generate the appointment; we handle the sale.

Expected Work Schedule

• Full-time position
• Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, with schedules varying based on business needs, assigned territories, events, and homeowner availability.
• Some evening and weekend hours are required.

What You'll Do

• Engage homeowners and create positive conversations.
• Introduce CHS services and identify homeowner interest.
• Schedule qualified appointments for Project Consultants.
• Work toward established daily and weekly goals.
• Participate in training, role-playing, and coaching.
• Represent Clemens Home Solutions professionally in the community.

What You Need to Be Successful

• Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle rejection professionally.
• Willing to learn, accept coaching, and follow CHS processes.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Prior sales or lead generation experience is helpful, but not required.
• Valid driver's license required.
