While most recruitment firms focus on heavy “cold calling”, we primarily focus on pinpoint recruitment with “messaging” that leads to “warm” calls. We collaborate as a team with 4 layers: Recruiters, Sales, Sourcers, and Lead Generators.

POSITION:
\n
Lead Generator / Office Admin
\n
\n
Daily Market Research
\n
Daily CRM and Sales List Management
\n
Assemble sales data through company and POC prospecting
\n
Build targeted marketing lists in very niche industries for strategic sales and recruiting
\n
Format resumes and create marketing profiles
\n
Assist the sourcing team when needed
\n
Assist with maintaining the office and ordering supplies
\n
Manage office inventory and maintain an organized supply system
\n
Keep the kitchen and common areas clean, stocked, and orderly
\n
Organize office spaces to ensure a clean, efficient, and professional environment
\n
Coordinate restocking of office, kitchen, and workplace essentials
\n
Monitor supply levels and anticipate office needs before shortages arise
\n
Support general office operations and administrative tasks as needed
\n
Complete candidate references and customer inquiries when needed
\n

OFFERED:

Estimated Pay: $50,000 to $70,000 = Base Pay ($18-28/hour) + 10 hours Overtime/week + Bonuses
