We are looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Lead Generators. In this role, you will engage with potential customers face-to-face, generate interest in our automotive glass services, and schedule appointments for our sales team.Responsibilities:• Speak with potential customers in assigned areas/territories• Generate qualified leads and set appointments• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner• Track daily activities and lead information• Meet or exceed performance goalsQualifications:• Positive attitude and strong communication skills• Comfortable speaking with new people• Self-motivated and goal-oriented• Reliable transportation• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required*Not a Call Center Position. Requires daily travel to meet with qualified prospects*
