Lead Glazier Founding Team Member with Path to General Manager
Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

About the Opportunity: Are you an experienced glazier who is tired of being just another number at a stagnant shop? Do you want to take your expertise and use it to build something legendary?
The Glass Guru is expanding into Atlanta, and we are looking for our
Founding Lead Glazier. We combine the rock-solid stability, processes, and financial backing of a highly successful national franchise with the high-energy, fun, and collaborative culture of a local startup.
We aren't just looking for an installer; we are looking for a business partner in the field. You will be the cornerstone of our company, helping to recruit, train, and lead our crews, with a direct, intentional pathway to step out of the truck and into a
General Manager role as we grow.
What You’ll Do (The Impact):
- Lead from the Front: Act as the primary technical expert on residential and light commercial glass/window projects.
- Build the Dream Team: Help interview, select, and mentor the incoming glazing crews.
- Set the Standard: Establish the safety, quality, and efficiency standards that will make us the #1 glass shop in Atlanta.
- Master New Tech: Work with brand-new, top-tier equipment, tools, and a dedicated company service vehicle.
What We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years of hands-on residential and/or light commercial glazing experience.
- A natural leader who enjoys teaching others and thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high standard of craftsmanship.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
