The Global Sales, Partner Growth Models team shapes the future of Nike's marketplace by connecting strategy, technology, and partner growth. This role reports into Global Sales leadership and collaborates closely with Global and Geography Sales, Business Development, Finance, Nike Direct, and Technology teams to scale innovative partner business models across global markets.

Success in this role requires exceptional collaboration skills, executive presence, and the ability to build strong relationships across functions, cultures, and time zones. The ideal candidate combines strategic rigor with a growth mindset, embraces ambiguity, and is energized by creating scalable solutions that unlock value for both Nike and its marketplace partners. They are passionate about retail innovation, digital transformation, and helping teams move faster through clear frameworks, tools, and business models.

• 5+ years of experience in marketplace strategy, digital commerce, omnichannel strategy, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Marketing, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
• Proven experience leading global strategies and enabling successful geography execution
• Demonstrated expertise in omnichannel ecosystems, consumer journeys, and digital retail business models
• Strong strategic communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

You will help define and scale Nike's integrated marketplace strategy by building the capabilities, tools, and business models that enable sustainable growth across partner ecosystems. You will work across global and geography teams to unlock new opportunities, improve consumer experiences, and accelerate marketplace innovation.

• Develop and evolve integrated marketplace strategies that support partner digital ambitions and drive scalable growth across global markets
• Build frameworks, operating models, and tools that enable geography teams to execute consistently while adapting to local marketplace needs
• Partner closely with Global and Geography Sales, Business Development, Finance, Nike Direct, and Technology teams to align priorities and accelerate execution
• Scale digital commerce capabilities including omnichannel fulfillment, consumer services, distributor models, and third-party marketplace partnerships
• Collaborate with Nike Digital Demand Creation and cross-functional partners to adapt brand standards, content, and experiences for partner platforms
• Leverage marketplace and performance data to identify opportunities, optimize results, and inform strategic decision-making
• Champion a test-and-learn approach by piloting new capabilities, identifying emerging digital trends, and advocating for solutions that create value for Nike and its partners
