Job Description:
· On-site role at WHQ; typical work hours, 4/1 hybrid schedule
· Contract will run ~6 months from start date
· Degree preferred, not a hard requirement
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience required in an analyst role
Top must-have skills include the following:
· Ability to look at data and tell a story
· Transforming data into something concrete/explainable
· Excel expertise (pivot tables, formulas, v lookups)
· Ability to transform data into a visual representation
· Deck building
Software/technical requirements:
· Familiarity with AI tools and/or Tableau
· Familiarity with delivering business reviews
Additional Notes
· ETW will help lead monthly business reviews; build content; lead/facilitate/drive bookings; facilitate/lead work with global planning team; help with leadership coordination; pull data, analyze, and build a story
· ETW will work with ~20 people regularly; will sit on the Global Sales Planning team (across all sports) and will work closely with Geography Sales planning teams and global EVP team
· The HM wants to note that this is not a traditional planning/forecasting/retail planning role; this is more so a business analyst/aggregator of plans (storytelling the plans and the forecasts provided from other teams)

· We are looking for someone who can drive cross-functional alignment, planning execution, and executive-ready business storytelling across key Sales, Global and Geo partners. The ideal candidate will serve as a connector across a complex matrixes organization, translating data, strategy, and stakeholder inputs into clear insights, aligned actions, and high-quality deliverables for critical planning cycles and leadership forums.
· This role requires a highly organized, analytical, and collaborative mindset who can manage multiple work streams, build collaborative relationships, resolve data disconnects, and craft compelling narratives that help leadership understand business performance, risks, and opportunities. Success in this role will depend on strong governance, operational discipline, and the ability to turn complexity into clear executive-ready outputs.
· The Lead, Global Sales Planning, role sits across Sports within the Global Sales Planning team, driving the holistic Sales narrative, while ensuring alignment across rest of the team organized by Sport. This also requires alignment with Geo partners to ensure clear understanding of headlines, risks, opportunities as this role is critical in articulating and synthesizing Geo headlines for Global.
Key Responsibilities
· Cross-Functional Alignment & Governance: Drives alignment across Global, Geo, Sales, Finance, and Planning teams to create a consistent view of business performance, resolve data disconnects, and translate strategy into clear planning actions.
· Planning Cycle Support: Supports critical planning cycles by building executive-ready content, coordinating inputs, pressure-testing assumptions, and managing deliverables, workbacks, and follow-ups across key forums.
· Narrative Development & Content Building: Translates complex financial and performance data into clear, compelling narratives and recurring updates that help leadership understand trends, risks, opportunities, and business implications.
· Data Validation, Analysis & Issue Resolution: Ensures data accuracy and readiness by reconciling inputs, identifying gaps, partnering across teams to resolve issues, and maintaining alignment with technical and planning forums.
· Bookings Program & Process Execution: Leads Bookings Report process execution by creating timelines, driving accountability, coordinating content, and ensuring deliverables reflect an accurate and aligned view of the business. Ensure EBP data alignment and harmonization across geos.
