Assists Golf Course Manager / Golf Course Supervisor in training Golf Shop Attendants.
Assists in maintaining Golf Shop inventory including physical inventories, receiving, and display of merchandise.
Assists in the planning, promoting, merchandising, and marketing for special events and sales.
Promotes Golf Shop sales and superior customer relations on a daily basis.
Oversees general cleanliness of cash desk, sales, and merchandise display area.
Monitors procedures for special orders and returned merchandise.
Assists in distributing and retrieving cash banks (on land).
Sells food and beverages in absence of Golf Snack Bar Attendant.
Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.)
Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.
Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities Required: Basic knowledge of computers; ability to communicate effectively with others; understands and complies with all Company and departmental rules and regulations.
