Graphic Designer – Signage & Large-Format Print

We are partnering with a well-established and growing signage and large-format graphics company seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with hands-on sign production and large-format print experience to join their team.

Key Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create impactful signage and visual graphic solutions
  • Design and produce large-format graphics including:
    • Interior & exterior signage
    • Vehicle wraps
    • Banners
    • Trade show displays
    • Dimensional graphics
  • Prepare client proofs and manage revisions
  • Perform color correction and ensure accurate color output
  • Create production-ready files using Adobe Creative Suite and RIP software
  • Operate large-format production equipment including printers, flatbeds, plotters, cutters, and laminators
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand standards
  • Maintain organized project files and production specifications
  • Stay current on industry trends, materials, and production technologies
Qualifications


  • Sign Shop experience and or in the signage and large-format print industry 
  • Passion for signage, graphics, branding, and visual production
  • Strong portfolio showcasing fabricated and installed signage projects (web/digital-only portfolios will not be considered)
  • Experience creating logos, typography, and custom graphic elements
  • Proficiency with:
    • Adobe Photoshop
    • Adobe Illustrator
    • Adobe InDesign
    • Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Gerber Omega, Onyx RIP, Thrive RIP, and print production workflows
  • Hands-on experience operating large-format printing equipment
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and print production
  • Ability to prioritize projects and manage deadlines effectively
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
