Job Title Lead Guidewire Claim Center Integration DeveloperLocation Multiple location in USADuration: Long Term contractMust have skills- 10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 7 years of hands-on Guidewire ClaimCenter integration and configuration development.
- Proven ownership and support of production Guidewire ClaimCenter platforms and associated integration ecosystems.
- Strong technical leadership experience managing teams of 10 20 engineers across onshore and offshore models.
- Deep knowledge of P&C insurance, with a preference for commercial insurance domain experience.
Certification: Associate/ ACE certification is required
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead the design, development, delivery, and support of Guidewire ClaimCenter integrations and services.
- Oversee multiple development and maintenance teams, including onshore and offshore resources, across concurrent technical workstreams.
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS- 10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 7 years of hands-on Guidewire ClaimCenter integration and configuration development.
- Prior experience serving as a Technical Lead delivering at least two end-to-end Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations within commercial insurance.
- Proven ownership and support of production Guidewire ClaimCenter platforms and associated integration ecosystems.
- Strong technical leadership experience managing teams of 10 20 engineers across onshore and offshore models.
- Expert-level experience with Guidewire APIs, data model, product models, and integration frameworks.
- Hands-on expertise with Java, GOSU, J2EE, XML, Web Services, and relational databases (SQL Server preferred).
- Expertise in CI/CD tools and practices, including Jenkins, Git, code coverage, scanning tools (e.g., SonarQube), and DevSecOps principles.
- Guidewire ClaimCenter ACE Certification required.
- Guidewire Cloud migration experience is preferred.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Deep knowledge of P&C insurance, with a preference for commercial insurance domain experience.
