Gutter Installation Supervisor

Location: Albany, NY
Pay: $30.00–$40.00+ per hour, based on experience+performance

Are you an experienced gutter installer ready to move into leadership?
The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is looking for a Gutter Installation Supervisor to lead installation crews, maintain our high standards of workmanship, develop team members, and make sure every customer has an exceptional experience.


This is a hands-on leadership position. You'll spend time in the field working with crews, inspecting installations, solving problems, coaching installers, and communicating with customers.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise gutter installation crews in the field.
• Work alongside installers and lead by example.
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and correctly.
• Inspect completed work for quality and proper installation.
• Coach and train installers on gutter installation techniques and best practices.
• Help new employees develop through our Skills Ladder training program.
• Make sure crews have the proper materials, tools, equipment, and information.
• Troubleshoot job-site challenges and communicate issues to management.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and address customer questions or concerns.
• Help create an exceptional customer experience that generates referrals and 5-star reviews.
• Hold team members accountable for quality, productivity, safety, and professionalism.
• Reinforce proper ladder, fall protection, PPE, vehicle, and job-site safety practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve production, quality, and revenue.

We're looking for an experienced installer who is ready to become a field leader.


The ideal candidate:

• Has strong gutter installation experience.
• Takes pride in quality workmanship.
• Has leadership or crew-lead experience.
• Can confidently give direction and hold teammates accountable.
• Communicates well with customers and coworkers.
• Is a problem solver who takes ownership.
• Is dependable, organized, and motivated.
• Wants a long-term career with opportunities for advancement.
• Is comfortable working outdoors and at heights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of gutter, roofing, carpentry, siding, or exterior construction experience preferred.
• Gutter installation experience strongly preferred.
• Previous lead installer, crew leader, or supervisor experience is a plus.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to safely work on ladders and at heights.
• Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Compensation & Career Growth
$30.00–$40.00+ per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
