The Little Gym of La Grange Park is opening this October, and we're looking for an energetic, enthusiastic Lead Gymnastics Instructor to join our founding team!


The Lead Instructor will teach fun, age-appropriate gymnastics and movement classes while also serving as a leader and mentor to our instructor team.


What You'll Do

•  Lead engaging gymnastics and movement classes for children ages 4 months–12 years 
•  Create a fun, positive, and safe environment for children and families 
•  Build strong relationships with children, parents, and team members 
•  Help train and mentor new instructors 
•  Serve as a role model for other instructors and help maintain class quality 
•  Assist the Gym Director with special events, camps, birthday parties, and day-to-day gym needs 

What We're Looking For

•  Energetic, positive, and comfortable working with children 
•  A natural leader who enjoys helping others succeed 
•  Dependable, responsible, and a strong communicator 
•  Comfortable being silly, playful, and engaging with young children 
•  Previous experience in gymnastics, dance, sports, education, childcare, or coaching is a plus

Schedule & Flexibility
We offer flexible scheduling with morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend opportunities. Hours can vary based on your availability and the needs of the gym.
