Lead Medical Technologist – Hematology

Location: Georgetown, MO
Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift
Compensation: $30–$37/hour
Employment Type: Direct Hire

We are currently hiring for a Lead Medical Technologist opportunities:

• Lead Hematology/Coagulation Technologist

These are hands-on Section Lead roles for experienced laboratory professionals who want to take on additional technical leadership responsibilities while still working at the bench.

Highlights

• Day shift

• Schedule approximately 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

• $30–$37/hour

• Hands-on technical leadership role

• Quality control, training, troubleshooting, and regulatory compliance responsibilities

• Support day-to-day laboratory operations and staff development

• Strong generalist laboratory skills preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field

• MT/MLS ASCP certification or equivalent required

• Strong experience in Hematology/Coagulation

• Prior laboratory leadership experience preferred

• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
