Hematology Lead Medical Technologist Opportunity in Central Georgia

Join our team as a Hematology Lead Medical Technologist located just 1 hour and 20 minutes from Atlanta. This role involves hands-on bench work in hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, and body fluids, in addition to overseeing lab operations and supporting staff.

Key Highlights:

• Lead role with training and competency responsibilities
• Hands-on bench work in core lab areas
• Day shift (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM) with some flexibility
• Pay range: $73,840 – $110,760
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available

We're looking for someone with:

• MLS/MT certification (ASCP, AMT, AAB, NCA, or HHS equivalent)
• 4+ years hospital lab experience
• Leadership experience preferred
• Strong hematology/core lab background
