Lead Host

The role of a LeadHost is to delight our guests, be the face of the company, and ensure a smooth dining experience from the time someone walks into the restaurant to the time they leave. A typical shift includes greeting guests, escorting them to their tables, managing wait-time, answering phones, and taking reservations. Operate and troubleshoot reservation software.

What you will do:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations, and coordinate seating to ensure a smooth and organized dining room flow.

• Communicate effectively with servers and management to balance table assignments and maintain accurate wait times.

• Provide guests with menus, answer basic questions about the restaurant, and ensure guests feel welcomed and attended to from the moment they arrive.

• Maintain the host stand, reservation system, and waiting area while delivering professional, polished first and last impressions for all guests.

What you will bring: 

• Prior Lead Host experience preferred
• Experience with Open Table preferred
• Weekend & Closing shift availability preferred
• Experience in high- volume upscale dining preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
