Our Lead Host will join the team with a strong background in Customer Service.
We are looking for a candidate that can Lead, take direction, and most importantly of all, greet guests with the utmost enthusiasm! Our Lead will be in charge of directing other Hosts for seating, greeting, plotting tables, maintaining seating rotation, communicating between servers, and all other Host duties.
This includes:
-Bathroom checks every half hour
-Collecting and wiping menus clean
-Monitor seating availability
-Arranging tables for large groups
-Familiarization with the app OpenTable
