Job Title: Housekeeping Lead

Job Type: Part-Time 8am-2pm
Housekeeping Lead Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor staff within the building.
- Assist Supervisor in overseeing the day-to-day operations of all employees.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Quality Assurance:
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring their proper usage, storage, and maintenance.
- Perform Housekeeping duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a housekeeping or environmental services role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements, infection control, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff, patients, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies or urgent situations as needed.
- High ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and patient privacy.
