Lead HR Business PartnerOur client is a large, global organization operating within transportation, logistics, and supply chain services. You'll support a critical operational hub, providing exposure to complex business challenges, executive stakeholders, and broad HR responsibilities across the full employee lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity to lead an HRBP team while partnering directly with senior business leaders, giving you significant influence over talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and business performance. Responsibilities span the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, leadership development, compensation recommendations, employee engagement, retention, and employee relations. The position also plays a key role in organizational design, change management, labor relations matters, and coaching leaders through complex people decisions.The ideal candidate has 8+ years of progressive HR experience in logistics, transportation, manufacturing, or related industries. They are a strategic and business-minded HR leader with experience supporting large, complex operations and influencing senior stakeholders. They will bring strong people leadership, employee relations expertise, and a track record of driving talent, engagement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives, while thriving in a fast-paced environment and balancing both strategic priorities and hands-on execution.Act as a trusted advisor to operational leaders, helping shape workforce and talent strategies that support business goals.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality partnership across the organization.Partner with leadership on organizational planning, team effectiveness, succession planning, and change initiatives.Provide guidance on complex employee matters, helping leaders navigate performance concerns, engagement challenges, and workplace issues.Collaborate with recruiting, compensation, and talent development teams to build and retain a strong workforce.Support compliance with employment laws, company policies, and best practices while minimizing organizational risk.Influence and support business transformation efforts through effective communication, coaching, and change management.Champion process improvements and scalable HR solutions that enhance both employee experience and business performance.A successful Lead HR Business Partner should have:8+ years of progressive HR experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, manufacturing, or a related industry.Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.Experience with workforce planning and organizational design.Thrives in highly visible environments where relationship-building and influence are key to success.Combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $130,000 annually.Annual bonus eligibility.Comprehensive benefits package.401(k) with company match.Generous paid time off.
