Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead HR Workday Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday EXTEND and custom applications, a strong HR background, and excellent analytical skills. This role requires the ability to lead independently, break down complex problem statements into actionable requirements, and effectively communicate with various levels of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Workday-related projects, focusing on EXTEND and custom applications.
• Analyze and break down problem statements into clear and actionable requirements.
• Collaborate with different levels of the business to gather and understand requirements.
• Create and present process mapping and wireframes using tools like PowerPoint.
• Provide expert guidance and support for HR-related Workday functionalities.

• Extensive experience with Workday EXTEND and custom applications.
• Strong HR background and understanding of HR processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact with various business levels.
• Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint and process mapping techniques.

Pay Range: $80 - $85
