Ensure every job is completed with superior workmanship, attention to safety, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.Required QualificationsMinimum 5 years of hands-on residential and light commercial HVAC installation experienceAt least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience leading installation crewsAdvanced proficiency in gas piping and refrigeration pipingStrong expertise in HVAC ductwork design, fabrication, and installationProven ability to train, mentor, and effectively lead a teamSolid knowledge of HVAC low-voltage controls and systemsStrong commitment to safety protocols and industry best practicesCurrent EPA CertificationWillingness to obtain and maintain all required NATE installer certificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsValid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving recordSelf-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently or leading a crewIf you're a skilled HVAC lead technician who enjoys mentoring others, takes pride in doing quality work the first time, and wants to grow with a company that truly supports its team, we encourage you to apply.Note: We partner with a third-party hiring service.
